铝对不同耐铝水稻品种根系生长和养分吸收的影响

摘 要:

本文采用水培实验, 通过铝与营养液交替的处理方式, 研究了铝对2个水稻品种(1个籼稻和1个粳稻)根系生长和养分吸收的影响。结果表明, 铝抑制了2个水稻品种根长、根表面积和根尖数, 增加了根直径, 且对籼稻的影响高于粳稻。铝对2个品种水稻根体积和根干重、粳稻地上部干重没有显著影响, 但是抑制了籼稻地上部干重; 铝降低了籼稻地上部钙、镁、锰含量, 而对粳稻养分吸收影响较小。这些结果表明铝对籼稻产生毒害的主要表现形式是根系变短、变粗、根数变少以及地上部钙、镁、锰缺乏。

Effects of Aluminum on the Root Growth and Nutrient Uptake of Two Rice Varieties with Different Aluminum Tolerances

Abstract:

In this study, we investigated the effects of different aluminum (Al) concentrations on the root growth parameters and nutrient uptake using one Al-sensitive indica variety and one Al-tolerant japonica variety under solution culture conditions. Al and nutrient solutions were supplied alternately in the present study. The results showed that, Al inhibited root length, root surface area, and the number of root tips and increased root diameter more significantly for indica variety than for japonica variety. However, Al showed fewer effects on root volume and root dry weights of both varieties. In addition, Al significantly decreased the shoot dry weights of indica variety but not those of japonica. Correspondingly, Al decreased the calcium, magnesium, and manganese concentrations of shoots of indica variety much more than those of japonica variety. Taken together, Al toxicity to indica rice plants was attributed to short and thick roots, low root surface area and fewer root tips, and deficiencies of calcium, magnesium, and manganese.
